Project Paglaum (HOPE) is a dedicated scholarship organization committed to providing educational opportunities in Bachelor in Special Education for the underprivileged students in Catubig, Northern Samar. Our team believes that education is the key to breaking the cycle of poverty and empowering individuals to achieve their goals. Our programs focus on supporting students through scholarships, mentorship, and educational resources, fostering a community of learning and growth that will benefit most especially the kids with special needs and their families and the Catubig community.

Project Paglaum is dedicated to empowering students in Catubig to reach their full potential in Special Needs Education. We aim to provide scholarships and support to deserving individuals, particularly those facing financial constraints. Our mission is to create a more equitable and inclusive educational landscape, ensuring that every student has the opportunity to pursue their dreams in Special Education.
We envision a future where every student in Catubig has access to quality education in Special Education, regardless of their socioeconomic background. Project Paglaum aims to be a catalyst for change, empowering students to become Special Needs Educators at the Catubig SPED Center and contribute to the nation's development. Through our efforts, we aspire to inspire a generation driven by hope, resilience, and a commitment to positively impacting children with special needs and the community in Catubig.
